Kirsten Slungaard Mumma

Kirsten Slungaard Mumma is a PhD candidate in Education Policy and Program Evaluation (EPPE) at the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences/Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her research is in the economics of education. Her recent work has focused on charter schools and adult basic education programs. Kirsten holds a Master’s of Education in Education Policy and Management and an A.B. in English, both from Harvard.
