Bri Kightlinger is a Ph.D. student in education policy and program evaluation at Harvard University, where she also received the Partnering in Education Research Fellowship from the Center for Education Policy Research. Her research focuses on the K-12 teacher workforce, including job design and labor supply.
Prior to her doctoral program, Bri worked as an early childhood educator and as a data analyst at two education-focused non-profit organizations. She holds both an Ed.M. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
